These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and li83. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the li83 platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of all services provided by li83 ("li83", "we", "us", "the Platform") to registered account holders ("Player", "you", "your"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the li83 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register an account or use li83 services.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 By accessing or using the li83 Platform in any manner — including but not limited to registering an Account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you conclusively agree to be bound by this Agreement and any supplemental terms incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review the most current version of this Agreement regularly. Continued use of the li83 Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2.3 li83 reserves the right to require positive confirmation of acceptance of any amended terms before permitting continued access to the Platform.
If you do not understand any part of this Agreement, you are encouraged to contact li83 support via live chat before registering or depositing. Support is available 24/7 in both English and Urdu.
3.1 Use of the li83 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
3.2 li83 conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. li83 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or close an Account where satisfactory proof cannot be provided.
3.3 Any winnings earned by a Player who is found to be under the age of 21 shall be void and forfeited. Deposits made by underage Players will be returned to the originating payment method after investigation, subject to applicable processing times.
li83 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any attempt to circumvent age verification is a serious breach of this Agreement and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.4 li83 does not permit Accounts to be opened or used by individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order on the li83 Platform or through any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
3.5 li83 services are intended for players accessing the Platform from permitted jurisdictions only. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the li83 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. li83 does not represent that its services are appropriate or legally available in all regions.
4.1 Each individual may register only one Account on the li83 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. li83 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. li83 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 If you suspect that any third party has accessed your Account without your authorisation, you must notify li83 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
4.5 li83 may at any time require completion of full KYC verification before processing withdrawals or approving bonus claims. Required documentation may include but is not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
5.1 All Account transactions at li83 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). li83 does not charge currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply subject to Account tier and KYC status.
5.3 Deposits are credited to the Account balance upon confirmed receipt by li83's payment processing systems. li83 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.4 Only payment methods registered in the Player's own name may be used. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
5.5 li83 reserves the right to return a deposit to the originating payment method if identity verification cannot be completed or if the deposit is flagged by the Platform's fraud detection systems.
li83 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal or unauthorised activities. All deposits are subject to standard anti-money-laundering screening procedures.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification to a level satisfactory to li83. li83 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
6.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the capability of the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are processed on a same-day basis.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.4 Only Real Money Funds (excluding active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
6.5 li83 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that follow unusual betting patterns, consistent with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
7.1 li83 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual terms that specify the applicable wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, and expiry period.
7.2 Bonus offers are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be exploited as a method to generate risk-free profit. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or placing hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
7.3 li83 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe bonus abuse has occurred, without prior notice.
7.4 Where a conflict exists between this Agreement and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
7.5 Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
8.1 All bets placed on the li83 Platform — whether on live casino games, RNG slots, sports betting markets, or virtual sports — are final once confirmed by the system. li83 does not accept cancellations of confirmed wagers except as explicitly provided in applicable game or sport-specific rules.
8.2 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagering products. These limits are displayed at the relevant game table or betting market and may be adjusted by li83 at any time without prior notice.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during the course of a bet or game round, li83's recorded transaction data shall be the definitive reference for resolution. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a system fault, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
8.4 li83 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds or on incorrectly listed events. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account in full.
8.5 All sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international fixtures, and UFC events — are governed by specific market rules available in the sports betting section. Players are responsible for reviewing these rules before placing wagers.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the li83 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
li83 will immediately suspend any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected and reserves the right to permanently close such Accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and report findings to relevant authorities where required by law.
10.1 li83 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:
10.2 Upon Account closure by li83 for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be returned to the Player after investigation and recovery of any amounts owed to li83.
10.3 A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting li83 support via live chat. Any outstanding balance will be settled in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6.
11.1 li83 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the li83 Privacy Policy in its current form.
11.2 li83 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
11.3 li83 retains the right to monitor Account activity and communications for the purposes of fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, KYC compliance, and general Platform security.
12.1 li83 is committed to responsible gaming and provides all registered Players with access to the following tools at no charge:
12.2 li83 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Account holders. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and li83 will not knowingly permit underage gambling.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, li83 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the li83 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
13.2 li83 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.3 li83's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits li83's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 li83 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification on the Platform or to the email address or mobile number registered on the Account, no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.
14.2 The date of last amendment will be displayed prominently at the top of this Agreement. It is each Player's responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for changes.
14.3 If you do not accept an amendment to the Agreement, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Section 10.3. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which li83 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by li83's licensing authority.
15.2 Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are required to contact li83 support and provide li83 with the opportunity to resolve the matter directly. li83 aims to resolve all support complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
15.3 li83 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or payment system outages.

16.2 li83 acknowledges all support queries and aims to provide a substantive response within 24 hours for general queries and within 5 business days for formal complaints. Queries submitted in Urdu will receive responses in Urdu.
